CardioFire Size Guide
Finding the right size should not feel like guesswork.
CardioFire products are produced using different garment styles and manufacturers, so sizing can vary slightly between T-shirts, leggings, swimwear, track pants and other items.
Use the international conversion chart below as a starting point, then check the measurements shown on the individual product page before ordering.
Quick Tip: Measure yourself and compare your measurements with the product-specific size chart shown on each product page for the most accurate fit.

Important: This table is an approximate international conversion guide. Clothing sizes are not identical across every product or manufacturer. Always compare your measurements with the size chart attached to the product you are purchasing.
How to Measure Yourself
For the most accurate result, use a soft measuring tape and measure over light clothing or underwear. Keep the tape level and comfortably fitted without pulling it tight.
Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape straight across your back and under your arms.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist, usually just above the belly button. Keep your body relaxed and do not pull the tape tightly.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to where you would like the trousers or leggings to finish.
Chest Width
Some product charts show the garment measured flat rather than around the body. When a chart says ½ chest, measure straight across a well-fitting top from armpit to armpit.
Waist Width
When a product chart says ½ waist, the garment has been laid flat and measured straight across the waistband. Double this number to estimate the full garment circumference.
How to Choose Between Two Sizes
If your measurements fall between two sizes:
• Choose the smaller size for a closer, more fitted look
• Choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit
• Size up if the product description says the item has a close or compressive fit
• Use your largest measurement when buying fitted bodysuits, swimwear or one-piece garments
• Check customer fit notes and the individual product description before ordering
Fit Guidance by Product Type
T-Shirts and Hoodies
For a regular fit, choose the size closest to your chest measurement. Choose one size larger for a looser, more relaxed fit.
Leggings and Fitted Activewear
Use your waist and hip measurements. If they fall into different sizes, select the size that matches your hip measurement.
Track Pants and Joggers
Use your waist and hip measurements and check the garment length. For a relaxed fit, consider the larger size when between sizes.
Swimwear and Bodysuits
Use your bust, waist and hip measurements. Because these products fit closely to the body, select the size that accommodates your largest measurement.
Skirts
Use your waist and hip measurements. Check whether the waistband is elasticated and whether the chart displays body measurements or flat garment measurements.
Sports Bras
Use both your bust and underbust measurements where available. Do not rely only on your normal clothing size.
Body Measurements vs Product Measurements
Some CardioFire size charts show body measurements, while others show product measurements.
Body measurements refer to the measurements around your body.
Product measurements refer to the actual garment measured while laid flat.
Always read the heading above the chart before choosing your size. Product measurements may differ slightly because many CardioFire items are made individually on demand.
Centimetres and Inches
To convert measurements:
• Inches to centimetres: multiply by 2.54
• Centimetres to inches: divide by 2.54
Example:
30 inches × 2.54 = 76.2 centimetres
Our Best Sizing Advice
Do not choose a size purely because it is the size you normally buy elsewhere.
Measure yourself, check the individual product chart and consider how you want the item to fit. Taking two minutes to check your measurements gives you a much better chance of choosing the right size first time.
